We recently engaged with Track N Trace to assist with efficiencies registering 700 guests into our corporate facility for Darwin Cup. From the initial phone call to Track n Trace to brief them on the job I could not fault the service throughout the process. Having not used scanning technology before I was put at ease and it was very simple to use and the reports we were able to receive after the function will provide invaluable information for the future.

We engaged Track N Trace to set up all the 'back end' work, including the PDA scanners and also facilitate the production of the wristbands which were of great quality and held the vital scanning information.

Most importantly the feedback we received from our guests was that entry into our facility so much more efficient than previous years which ensures they have a great start to their day…..we will certainly be engaging Track N Trace to help us again.





In August this year (2014) we held a roadshow seeing just over 450 clients. Previously we have manually created name badges to place into the holders for each client across each event and asked our attendee’s to record their attendance on a registration sheet upon entry.  Using Tim’s barcode scanners and barcoded name badges for this event provided an easy, stress free registration and attendance process that our staff and clients loved! We will never do this as a manual process again. The Track n Trace team are prompt, efficient and reliable. I highly recommend the company and their products/services!

For a number of years our check in process at these events has consisted of a laptop computer with a multi directional scanner connected.
