A Stocktake scanner is the most efficient way of doing stocktakes. It saves money and time and can actually save you up to 75% in labour costs.
Our pre-configured scanners are already set up to scan item # and quantity. But if you need more.....just ask us! They can can be set up to record locations. Who the user is (User ID #). They can be programmed to store lookup tables of your inventory so when scanned, an item description and or qty in system of your inventory can come up on screen.
You then could be prompted to enter in actual physical inventory on shelf. When dumped into excel, you would see qty in system against qty scanned/counted. This is great for doing variance reports.
