The DT66 units have demonstrated strong performance and have been very well received by both forklift operators and drivers. Users have consistently highlighted the excellent screen brightness, which remains highly effective even in full sunlight and outdoor yard environments. The touchscreen and application responsiveness have also been outstanding, delivering a smooth and efficient user experience.
Connectivity has proven to be another key strength, with Wi-Fi roaming performance significantly exceeding that of comparable devices. In addition, the extended-range models provide impressive scan distance and consistently deliver accurate barcode scans, even when labels are worn or damaged after extended transit.

"We were recommended by Retail Express to use the stocktake solution that Track n Trace Solutions offers. We had a national stocktake to carry out and were looking for a very efficient way to do this.We found this with the RK25 PDA Android Scanner as well as a customized stocktake application (REX Stocktake App) written by Track n Trace.Not only were the RK25s easy to use, but they made the whole stocktake exercise much easier than we have ever experienced.
The REX stocktake app was also very easy for our staff to use.The support also provided by Track n Trace was second to none. Even though our data against our barcodes in our system, was not captured and scanned under the usual procedures, Track n Trace were able to still investigate this and come up with a solution and configuration that worked great for the scanners and our stocktake.

Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with the RK25s and our new stocktake process.
We have done all 4 stores now, and have seen a massive change in the time required to complete these. We were accustomed to closing a store for the day and working with 10 staff working in groups of 2. This would always take us a full day, plus data entry time.
When using the RK25 PDAs, our largest store was finished at 3pm including Data transfer and our easiest was complete by 1pm. All where done with the stores still trading. We achieved this with 5 staff (not 10) each armed with an RK25.
Not only have there been significant staff cost savings in time and staff numbers, but being able to continue to trade was also a big positive.
There is no doubt that we now have our stock under control by using what are the easiest stocktake tools I have ever used. You were also a great help in getting things set up for me (including answering some silly question) which made the whole process so much easier and effective.

When Workshop Events first approached Track ‘n’ Trace 3 years ago for a scanning solution for one of our largest clients it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’d made. The event required fast and accurate scanning of over 2000 pax over a relatively short space of time.Apart from supplying the best hardware/software for the job, Track n Trace have consistently gone over and above with ongoing customer support to ensure that the scanning component was set-up properly and ran smoothly.TAME Software solution gave us and our client an immeasurable amount of comfort given that there is no time for malfunctions on the day - the scanning had to work first time every time - and it did. We look forward to introducing our other clients to Track ‘n’ Trace scanning solutions as required.

"The University of New South Wales holds two graduation festivals a year, and at our largest festival we have 5500 students attending bringing over 15,000 guests to 27 separate ceremonies run inside 10 days! We needed a way to ensure that the barcoded tickets we emailed out could be validated to prevent duplication, help us identify if guests had attended the wrong ceremony, and also track how many guests were attending without any kind of prior guest registration (not like a conference!).Our guest seating is first in best dressed, so our solution had to be something that could get around 700 people through the door and their tickets validated in around 20 minutes . Our ceremonies are staffed by more than 180 different volunteers from around the University and so it also needed to be intuitive enough to be used with less than 5 minutes training. TAME handled all of our requirements without a single problem.The interface and setup was extremely clean and straightforward and fast, but still provided plenty of flexibility. The team at Track n Trace were absolutely fantastic in the lead up to our event answering any questions we had immediately. I have every confidence that their support at our event would have been similarly excellent, but everything worked exactly as we'd been told it would, and no support was required. The support number programmed into my phone went completely un-dialed.We will definitely be using Track n Trace and their TAME software again in the future!""In August this year (2014) we held a roadshow seeing just over 450 clients. The Tame Tracking software worked fabulous for our event. In previous years, we did manual rolls for 800 students, and this year the scanning saved us 30-45 minutes each day.
Every single student were in their workshops ready to start by 9am and we only opened the registration desks at 8.30am. That is 1000 students scanned in within 30 minutes.

Track n Trace wrote a custom software stocktake application for us back in March 2019.
They provided this custom application stocktake software with the RK25 Android PDA scanners. To this date, both PDA scanners and software are going great. They have provided us with a huge improvementt on efficienies when doing stocktake and saved us many hours.

Hi GuysI would just like to send this through as a testimonial to your company. From the outset I would have to say that the response and support were second to none. With my initial enquiry being followed up with a phone call within half an hour, and from there on it just kept coming. Track n Trace gratefully talked me through the process and even followed up with calls to check on my progress throughout the stocktake period.In the past I have done all my store stocktakes manually, this would normally take 2 teams of 3, two weeks to do in our 400 mtr floor space plus store room. With the PDA scanner supplied from Track N Trace my stocktake was complete in 4 days by just using one person. Just the saving in wages alone is a reason to use this method and this was done while we were still open for trading (no closures required- Amazing).
